Here's how to download U-Call...
1On your cellphone enter the URL http://mobi.ucall.co.za (please ensure you don’t have www. in the web address)
2Connect to the Internet
3 The application will automatically
pick up your cell phone model and what software needs to be downloaded.
Click DOWNLOAD
4 Choose to download onto your phone
memory
5 The download will start and it may
give you security warnings, just click ACCEPT
6During the download you may have warnings "to continue some applications need to be closed". Click CONTINUE through this process. On java phones the application will automatically choose to download into your Games menu.
7 Once the application has downloaded,
go to your menu on your phone and find the folder UCALL. Open it
and click on the Ucall logo
8 You will be asked if you have registered
already or if you are a new user. Choose NEW USER
9You will be asked to put in your username. Your username will be your cell phone number in the international format, e.g. If your cell number is 0761675409 you will use this as your username 27761675409.... PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR 0 IN ON THE BEGINNING OF YOUR CELL NUMBER
10 You will be asked to choose a password
11 You will be asked to choose your country
(South Africa)
12 You will be asked to give your email
address
13 Once you have completed all the above
you will receive a notification saying account created succesfully
14 Reboot your phone
15 Log into U-CALL |
